Please read our terms before making your purchase:
All sales are final.
In order to keep our prices low and save you money, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us before you order if you have questions about our products; we want you to understand exactly what you are buying and how to use it. Be sure to double check your order (especially colors and quantities) before submitting. Of course, if a product is defective or we make an error with your order we will gladly offer a refund or exchange. Thank you for understanding.
Please note that small notions such as snaps, cordlocks, bra clasps etc. are counted by weight to save time and keep prices low. Quantities may not be exact, but we always try to err in your favor.
Actual colors may vary from your computer monitor. Colors may also differ slightly for the same product from different production lots. Please read our snap color guide for detailed snap color information. If exact color matching is important we recommend you purchase a color card.
PRESSES, PLIERS AND DIES
Be aware that products made of cast and/or painted metal may have traces of oil or grease left over from the manufacturing process. We recommend you clean these thoroughly before use, and run a few tester snaps on some scrap fabric before using on your important projects.
Presses and pliers may have paint applied unevenly or incompletely. Presses may have small spots of rust on the bottom, or cardboard packaging stuck where the press was boxed before the paint was completely dry. Die sets may have cap dies with small cracks, and die pieces (particularly dies for metal snaps) may also have spots of rust or corrosion.
We cannot control these small imperfections; products are shipped from the factory in this condition. None of these will affect the use of the product; they are purely aesthetic issues. We do not guarantee that products will be free of these blemishes; if these are unacceptable to you we suggest you order elsewhere. We will not replace or refund any press, pliers or dies unless a defect affects the function of the item.
CUSTOMS DUTY AND TAXES
Customs duty and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible if you fail to pay duty owed or fail claim your package from your local customs office. That said, we find that few of our customers pay duty or taxes, and when these are levied they are generally very reasonable. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Ocassionally packages are returned to us because of an incorrect address, or because a package notice was left and package was not claimed within 30 days. Be aware that delivery notices are sometimes lost; please contact us if your airlift package has not arrived within 30 days. It's possible that your package is waiting at your local PO for you to claim.
If the package is returned because you failed to respond to a delivery notice we'll ask you to cover the entire cost of shipping before sending it to you a second time.
